Reservation requests

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after The Silent Cup reviews availability, requirements and the accepted quotation.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information supplied by the customer and remain valid until the expiry date shown. Material changes to guest count, service, venue or timing may require a revised quotation.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate venue access, power, water, timing and safety information. Additional costs caused by undisclosed requirements may be charged separately after agreement.

Payments

No payment is collected through this website at present. Any payment schedule and method will be communicated separately in writing.
