Cancellation policy.

Before confirmation

A reservation request or quotation may be declined without charge before it is formally confirmed.

After confirmation

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions will be stated in the accepted quotation or service agreement. Any non-refundable reservation amount will be clearly disclosed before payment is requested.

Changes

Please contact us as early as possible if the date, venue, guest count or required service changes. Availability and pricing may need to be reviewed.

Exceptional circumstances

Where service cannot proceed because of safety restrictions, venue access problems or events outside reasonable control, we will work with the customer on an appropriate alternative.
